PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress RRO of a tire which is generated when the tire is molded by using a divided molding drum with cores.SOLUTION: In a tire manufacturing method for manufacturing a tire by winding ribbon rubber around a molding drum 1 in which a plurality of cores 10 having base parts 10a in parallel with a drum axis, and a plurality of projection members 10b projecting on both sides of a peripheral direction of the molding drum 1 from the base parts 10a and arranged at equal intervals in the base parts 10a are arranged to be movable in the peripheral direction at a state that the projection members 10b of the adjacent cores 10 engage each other by a winding head, the projection members 10b to be arranged at one end of a molding drum axis direction of the base parts 10a are arranged only at a downstream side of a winding direction for winding the ribbon rubber by the winding head. |
