The invention relates to a watch, especially a wrist watch, comprising a housing (1); a watch dial (3) arranged in the housing (1); at least one endless belt (8) for at least one hand (5), said endless belt being guided around two deflection guides (7) having deflection axes that are parallel to the watch dial (3); and a drive for the endless belt (8).
