Combined exercise apparatus that comprises; a treadmill assembly 10 with first and second vertical struts 12A, 12B; first and second support tabs 22A, 22B fastened to the respective vertical struts 12A, 12B via a fastener; first and a second add-on members 20A, 20B rotatably connected to the respective support tabs 22A, 22B and having a driven subpart 24A, (Fig 1, 24B) with a gripping handle 36A, 36B and a weight loading subpart 26A, 26B; and at least one weight 40 affixable to weight loading subparts 26A, 26B. The weight loading subpart 26A of the first add-on member 20A is loadable with a different weight 40 than the weight loading subpart 26B of the second add-on member (24B). The apparatus is able to be arranged in a first vertical configuration for Nordic walking exercises and a second horizontal configuration for weight lifting exercises. The add-on members 20a, 20B may rotate independently or can be synchronized by the addition of a rod that connects the handles 36A, 36B. |
