The organic light emitting display device includes a substrate in which red, green, and blue pixel areas are defined, a first electrode and a hole transport layer formed on the substrate, first to third emitting material layers formed in each of the red, green, and blue pixel areas on the hole transport layer, a first electron transport layer formed on the first to third emitting material layers, a first charge generation layer formed on the first electron transport layer, a second charge generation layer formed on the first charge generation layer, fourth to sixth emitting material layers formed in each of the red, green, and blue pixel areas on the second charge generation layer, a second electron transport layer formed on the fourth to sixth emitting material layers, and a second electrode formed on the second electron transport layer.
