This disclosure provides methods and compositions for inhibiting immune responses by inhibiting the interaction between CD200 and CD200R. The disclosure also provides methods and compositions for inhibiting graft rejection and promoting or prolonging graft survival by inhibiting the interaction between CD200 and CD200R.
