1. A method for displaying images, the method comprising:
displaying a first image as a preview image and a menu icon on a touch screen; detecting a touch input for selecting the menu icon on the touch screen; responsive to detecting the touch input selecting the menu icon, displaying a plurality of second images superimposed over the first image, wherein each of the second images is generated based on the first image and a respective image filter; detecting a touch input for selecting at least one of the second images on the touch screen; processing the first image, thereby resulting in a third image based on the selected at least one of the second image's respective image filter; displaying the third image with the second images, wherein the third image is displayed in place of the first image; and processing the third image to result in a captured image in response to detecting a touch input for selecting a displayed capture icon.
