1. A method for treating Charcot Marie Tooth (CMT) in a human subject in need thereof, said method comprising the step of administering to said human subject:
(i) from 1 to 300 μg/kg of the human subject per day of baclofen or a salt thereof, (ii) sorbitol or a salt thereof, and (iii) from 1 to 100 μg/kg of the human subject per day of naltrexone or a salt thereof; and a pharmaceutically suitable excipient or carrier.
