The erection method involves the mounting and positioning of an electrical power module (7) on the foundation before construction of a tower (9) for a wind turbine. The power module incorporates a transformer and an inverter and/or a switch cabinet, for controlling the wind-energy plant and/or for feeding the power provided by the generator to a supply network. An independent claim for a wind-energy plant is also included.
