The present invention relates to an interactive method for exchanging data between a central unit (2) and at least one personal peripheral (3) belonging to at least one user, the central processing unit (2) and the at least one personal peripheral comprising data transfer means (2b, 3) for transferring and/or receiving data to/from the central unit (2) or to/from the at least one personal peripheral (3), said method comprising the steps of: presenting a question to at least one user using information presentation software, such as Microsoft® PowerPoint®, installed on the central unit (2); the at least one user inputting a response to the question using his or her personal peripheral (3); and sending said response to the central unit (2) using the transfer means (2b, 3), the method being characterized in that the at least one personal peripheral (3) is a mobile phone, personal digital assistant, pocket computer, notebook computer, or the like, and in that the data transfer means (2b, 3) directly transfer the data between the at least one personal peripheral (3) and the central unit.
