The method involves creating an electronic document e.g. electronic mail (e-mail), by a transmitter. A receiver of the document is identified by determining an e-mail address and a postal address of the receiver. Information representative of existence of the document is electronically transmitted to the e-mail address. A determination is made to check whether a lapsed duration from the transmission and before the document reception is higher than a preset duration. The document is printed and is transmitted to the postal address, when the lapsed duration is higher than the preset duration. An independent claim is also included for a device for securing data transfer, comprising a creating unit. |
