The present invention relates to a three-layer complex comprising at least one magnetic compound, at least one inorganic silicate and at least one compound having an affinity for said at least one magnetic compound and/or said at least one inorganic silicate. The invention also relates to manufacturing methods and uses of said complex, which is preferably applicable in the field of in vitro diagnostics.
