An on-board vehicle diagnostic device in communication with a vehicle is provided. The device includes a housing formed from a suitable material. The housing includes a plurality of connector pins. The pins are formed to interconnect with an OBD port, such as any OBD-II port found in a vehicle. The pins are additionally formed such that they engage the OBD-II port and remain connected to the port. The OBD-II port is located in the vehicle, and is in communication with an on-board vehicle processor. Also provided within the housing are a wireless transmitter and a wireless receiver. The wireless receiver may be configured to receive, from the on-board vehicle processor, vehicle diagnostic pin-readouts. The pin-readouts may include location information, such as GPS coordinates. The wireless receiver may be further configured to receive geofence coordinate information, which may correspond to a geographical area. |

1. An automobile diagnostic controller in serial communication with a vehicle, the controller comprising:
a housing, the housing including:
a plurality of OBD-II compliant pins, the pins forming a connection with an OBD-II port, the OBD-II port in communication with an on-board vehicle processor;a wireless receiver, the wireless receiver configured to receive, from the on-board vehicle processor:
a unique telephonic numeric identification number associated with the controller;an IMEI identification number;an Internet Protocol address; andan initial command sequence via an SMS protocol; a wireless transmitter configured to transmit, to the on-board vehicle processor, instructions to initiate the sequence protocols for the controller, including:
assigning an Access Point Name (APN) gateway identifying the Packet Data Network (PDN);assigning a port channel between the controller and the on-board vehicle processor;assigning a unique SMS identifier number to the controller;assigning a communication protocol for communication between the controller and the on-board vehicle processor;vehicle diagnostic pin-readouts, the pin-readouts including GPS coordinates; and the controller further configured to:
receive a query, via the receiver; andtransmit, via the transmitter, a query response command, the query response command including data packet transmission of a geofence coordinate activation sequence, the geofence coordinate activation sequence including data packet transmission of a first series of geolocation coordinates from a GPS antenna, data packet transmission of a second series of geolocation coordinates from a GPS antenna, and a tagged sequence initiation for associating vehicular location with geofence coordinate disruption, based on the first series and the second series including coordinate data packet disruptions. |
