PROTECTIVE CARDBOARD CORNER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

A protective cardboard corner to protect an edge of an article is provided. The protective corner includes a cardboard body having opposed first and second extremities. The body is folded longitudinally into a first wing and a second wing; and at least one cut provided in at least one of the first and second wings near 5 the first extremity. The cut forms a foldable portion for resting against a top surface of the article. A method of manufacturing a protective cardboard corner is also provided, as well as a method of protecting an article with the protective cardboard corners is also provided.
