The purpose of the present invention is to provide an individual package from which an absorbent article can be more easily removed. The individual package according to the present invention has the following structure. An individual package (1) for an absorbent article, in which an absorbent article (3) and a packaging sheet (5) to which the absorbent article (3) is affixed are folded up along two or more fold axes (F1, F2) with the absorbent article (3) on the inside, said individual package (1) being characterized in that: the individual package (1) has a pair of bonding sections (9, 10) that bond together the folded up packaging sheet (5), which has sections with two layers (15, 16) and sections with three or more layers (17, 18); at least one of the pair of bonding sections (9, 10) is divided into first bonding sections (11, 12) comprising the sections with two layers (15, 16) and second bonding sections (13, 14) comprising the sections with three or more layers (17, 18); and the second bonding sections (13, 14) include, between the layers and in an area (35) not touching the fold axes, a bond strength-reducing agent that reduces the strength of the bond between the layers. |
