1. A communication system comprising:
a first base station, a second base station, a third base station, a relay device configured to relay data between a terminal device and a network through at least one of the first base station device, the second base station device and the third base station device, the first base station device and the second base station device being included in a first network group, and the third base station device being included in a second network group different from the first network group; and a control device configured to control the relay device, wherein when the terminal device executes a handover from the third base station device to the second base station device, the second base station device transmits, to the control device, information for setting a path between the second base station device and the relay device, and the control device controls the relay device to execute the process of setting the path, and when the terminal device executes the handover from the first base station device to the second base station device, the second base station device transmits, to the relay device, the information for setting the path, and the relay device executes a process of setting the path.
