The present specification relates to an electronic document generation device and method. The electronic document generation method according to one embodiment of the present specification can comprise the steps of: encoding information inputted by a client through an internal electronic document application, so as to transmit the same through wireless communication networks; receiving the encoded information through a first firewall port, and transmitting the received encoded information through a second firewall port; receiving the encoded information, decoding the received encoded information, and transmitting the decoded information through a bank computer network; receiving the transmitted information so as to apply the same to an internal electronic document program and, when an employee confirms completion of information input, transmitting the input completion information to an account system server so as to process corresponding transactions; and generating an electronic document on the basis of the input completion information. According to one embodiment of the present specification, costs such as paper purchasing and storage costs can be reduced through the systematization of a document drafting process. |
