The present technology pertains to an information processing device, an information processing method and a program which enable in vivo information to be continuously measured. The information processing device is provided with: a light emitting unit for emitting light of predetermined wavelengths; an imaging unit for imaging light reflected from a subject; an analysis unit for analyzing an image captured by the imaging unit; a storage unit for storing the analysis result from the analysis unit; a communication unit for transmitting the analysis result stored in the storage unit to another device; and a battery unit for generating and storing power, and supplying the power to each unit. The information processing device is implanted and operates in the body. The light emitting unit emits light of different wavelengths. For example, the light emitting unit emits infrared light and red light, and the analysis unit measures the oxygen saturation of blood on the basis of the ratio of reflected light of the infrared light and reflected light of the red light. This technology can be applied to an information processing device that is implanted in a body and acquires information relating to the physical condition. |
