An OLED light-emitting device (01), a preparation method therefor and a display device are provided, so as to enhance the internal quantum efficiency of the blue OLED light-emitting device (01). The OLED light-emitting device (01) comprises: a substrate (10), an anode (20) arranged on the substrate (10), a hole-transport layer (40), a blue light-emitting layer and a cathode (60). The OLED light-emitting device (01) also comprises an Ag nano-layer (30) between the anode (20) and the hole-transport layer (40). The blue light-emitting layer is a blue phosphorescent light-emitting layer (50). The absorption spectrum of the Ag nano-layer (30) overlaps with the emission spectrum of the blue phosphorescent light-emitting layer (50), and the blue phosphorescent light-emitting layer (50) is within the surface plasmon penetration depth of the Ag nanoparticles in the Ag nano-layer (30). The preparation method is used for manufacturing the blue OLED light-emitting device (01) and a display device including the same.
