A self-luminous display device grayscale value compensation method, device and self-luminous display device. The method comprises: acquiring driving voltages respectively corresponding to grayscale value signals of the self-luminous display device (S30); according to the region of each driving voltage, determining respective preset driving functions corresponding to respective driving voltages (S31); according to the respective preset driving functions determining respective first driving currents corresponding to the respective driving voltages (S32); detecting respective second driving currents of pixel units of the self-luminous display device under the driving of the respective driving voltages (S33); comparing the first driving current with the second driving current, and according to the respective preset driving functions, and difference values between the first driving currents and second driving currents, determining corresponding compensating voltages corresponding to the respective grayscale value signals (S34). The self-luminous display device grayscale compensation method, device and self-luminous display device utilizes different driving functions to determine compensating voltages for different grayscale values, thus achieving favorable compensation for each grayscale value, and realizing brightness and color level uniformity of each grayscale value of the self-luminous device and display device. |
