The invention relates to an emptying magazine (10) for a tray-emptying station for emptying trays filled with rod-like articles in the tobacco-processing industry, comprising an accommodating space (11) for the articles flowing out of the tray, wherein the accommodating space (11), which is bounded at least on the sides (13, 14) and the rear side (15), is open upwards in the direction of the tray which is to be emptied and is bounded in the downward direction by a conveying element (17), which forms a channel (16) and is intended for transporting the articles away, and also comprising at least one displacement body (18), which acts as a flow-regulating element and is arranged in the region where the articles are transferred from the accommodating space (11) into the channel (16), wherein each displacement body (18) has a main body (19) and a roof element (20), which is arranged resiliently in relation to the main body (19) and is directed towards the accommodating space (11), this being distinguished in that each displacement body (18) is assigned a resilient means (22) which can be regulated by means of a compressed-air-regulating valve (21), such that at least the roof element (20), which is directed towards the accommodating space (11), can have its resilient behaviour in relation to the main body (19) regulated in a product-dependent manner.
