Disclosed is an insertable photoelectric device. The insertable photoelectric device according to the present invention comprises: at least two solar microcells for absorbing sunlight; a thin-film conductive wire for connecting the at least two solar microcells to each other; a film supporting the solar microcells; an upper encapsulation layer for encapsulating the upper sides of the solar microcells to shield the solar microcells from the outside; and a lower encapsulation layer which encapsulates the lower side of the film and is fastened to the upper encapsulation layer. According to the idea of the present invention, it is possible to obtain a photoelectric device which stably and harmlessly operates in a living body.
