The present disclosure relates to a pinhole camera whereby height can be further reduced, an electronic apparatus, and a manufacturing method. The present invention is provided with: a semiconductor substrate, on which a pixel array unit wherein a plurality of pixels are disposed in an array, is formed; a protection substrate that is laminated on an on-chip lens by having a seal resin therebetween, said on-chip lens being disposed corresponding to the pixel array unit on the semiconductor substrate; and a light blocking film, which is formed with respect to the protection substrate, and blocks light irradiated to the semiconductor substrate. Then, a pinhole is formed in the light blocking film. The present technology can be applied to, for instance, laminated CMOS image sensors. |
