A phase transition suppression heat transfer plate-based heat exchanger comprises: a main liquid feed communicating tube (2), a main liquid discharge communicating tube (3), and multiple phase transition suppression heat transfer and exchange plates (11) arranged in parallel. A liquid channel (110) having a certain structural shape and a closed mesh-shaped channel (108) having a certain structural shape are formed in the phase transition suppression heat transfer and exchange plate (11). A phase transition suppression actuating medium (109) is filled in the closed mesh-shaped channel (108). The main liquid feed communicating tube (2) and the main liquid discharge communicating tube (3) are at least fixed to one side of the phase transition suppression heat transfer and exchange plate (11), respective lengths thereof extend in a direction in which the multiple phase transition suppression heat transfer and exchange plates (11) are arranged in parallel, and are both in communication with an interior of the liquid channel (110). The heat exchanger employs a phase transition suppression heat transfer device having a high heat conduction rate and uniform heating performance to increase a temperature difference between the heat exchanger and air as well as an effective heat transfer area, thereby improving heat dissipation performance and a heat exchange efficiency. Moreover, a length of a fluid duct is shortened, thereby reducing flow resistance, energy consumption and an amount of fluid required, and increasing an efficiency and an energy efficiency ratio of the heat exchanger. |
