An electrode structure, and an organic luminescence unit and a manufacturing method therefor. The electrode structure comprises a substrate (10), a plurality of strip partitions (20) disposed on the substrate (10), and an electrode (30) covering a surface of the substrate (10). The electrode (30) comprises first portions (301) each located on a surface of one strip partition (20) and second portions (302) each located between two adjacent strip partitions (20). Each strip partition (20) comprises an upper layer (202) and a lower layer (201) that are stacked. The upper layer (202) and the lower layer (201) are made of different materials. A bottom surface of the upper layer (202) completely covers a top surface of the lower layer (201). In a plane that is vertical to an extension direction of the strip partitions (20), the width of the bottom surface of the upper layer (202) is greater than the width of the top surface of the lower layer (201).
