The integral heat superconducting plate heat exchanger comprises a heat exchange plate of composite plate structure. The heat exchange plate is provided with a fluid pipeline (2) with a certain structural shape and a heat superconducting pipeline (5) with a certain structural shape. Openings are formed at two ends of the fluid pipeline (2). The heat superconducting pipeline (5) is a closed pipeline. A heat transfer working medium (503) is filled within the heat superconducting pipeline (5). By combining the heat superconducting pipeline (5) and the fluid pipeline (2) together within the heat exchange plate of the integral heat superconducting plate heat exchanger, and by utilizing the rapid heat transfer rate and good thermal homogenization features of the heat superconducting plate, the difference in temperatures of the heat exchange plate and the air and the effective heat exchange area are increased, and heat dissipation capability and heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchange plate are greatly improved. Therefore, the integrated heat superconducting plate heat exchanger possesses the features of uniform temperature and high efficiency heat transfer. the length of the fluid pipeline is greatly shortened, flow resistance, energy consumption and fluid usage amount are reduced, and efficiency and energy efficiency ratio of the heat exchanger are improved.
