A pedal device for vehicles (100) comprises a pedal (32) and a telescoping mechanism, the telescoping mechanism including a mounting support (10), a pedal support (25), a first lever arm (21), a second lever arm (22), and a third lever arm (23), a fourth lever arm (24), a spring support (42) and a spring (41). The first end (21a) of the first lever arm (21) and the mounting support (10), the second end (21b) of the first lever arm (21) and the pedal support (25), the first end (22a) of the second lever arm (22) and the mounting support (10), the first end (23a) of the third lever arm (23) and the second end (22b) of the second lever arm (22), the second end (23b) of the third lever arm (23) and the first lever arm (21), the first end (24a) of the fourth lever arm (24) and the second end (22b) of the second lever arm (22), and the second end (24b) of the fourth lever arm (24) and the pedal support (25) are pivotally connected to one another respectively. The spring support (42) is rotatably provided at the first end (21a) of the first lever arm (21) and the spring (41) is provided between the spring support (42) and the mounting support (10); the pedal support (25) is movable between an extended position and a retracted position with respect to the mounting support (10) and the pedal (32) is mounted on the pedal support (25). The pedal (32) of the pedal device for vehicles does not need to be driven by an electric motor during operation; the structure is simple and provides ease of operation. |
