An embodiment of the present disclosure provides an uplink power allocation method, device and system, the method comprising: according to a user position inside a cell, determining a user requiring pairing; determining a PDMA pattern matrix, allocating a different PDMA pattern vector group for each user, and according to the PDMA pattern vector group forming a power control pattern matrix; according to the power control pattern matrix determining a power control factor for each user in a pair; and according to the power control factor determining an uplink transmission power for each user.
