Provided is an organic light-emitting diode. The organic light-emitting diode comprises: a first electrode (210); a second electrode (230) provided on the first electrode (210); a light-emitting layer (222) provided between the first electrode (210) and the second electrode (230); and a conductive layer (221) located in the light-emitting layer (222) or being in direct contact with the light-emitting layer (222). According to the organic light-emitting diode of the present invention, by adding the conductive layer (221) into an OLED, the inside of the OLED can be adjusted and balanced by an external voltage, and the OLED is no longer limited to a circuit input between two electrodes, so that the light-emitting brightness of the OLED can be regulated. In addition, the evaporation of the conductive layer (221) would not damage the light-emitting layer (222), so that an OLED presenting a top emission state can be used. |
