Provided is an unmanned flying body, a flight control method, and a flight control program whereby it is possible to prevent the unmanned flying body from traveling to a place invisible to an operator and to cause the unmanned flying body to fly in an area visible to the operator. The unmanned flying body (1) is equipped with a control unit (105) which determines whether or not the illuminance detected by an illuminance sensor (101) meets a permitted illuminance for the flight of the unmanned flying body (1), and prohibits the flight in the travel direction of the unmanned flying body (1) upon determining that the detected illuminance does not meet the permitted illuminance.
