A TFT LCD driver circuit communication method, communication device and system are provided. The communication method for the TFT LCD driver circuit comprises: a timing controller reading the device data of a target device from an externally mounted memory; the timing controller looking up, on the basis of the mapping relationship between the preset device data and the device address, the device address that corresponds to the device data of the target device; the timing controller writing, on the basis of the device address that corresponds to the found device data of the target device, the read device working code of the target device into the data register of the target device. The communication method, the communication device and the system can increase the utilization rate of the externally mounted memory, reduce the package area of the device, and reduce the device cost.
