摘要 Provided are an organic electroluminescent device fabrication method and organic electroluminescent device. In the fabrication method, a scattering layer is arranged between a substrate and an anode of an organic electroluminescent device. A titanium dioxide film as a material of the scattering layer is formed by an electrospinning process. Compactness and a thickness of the film can be adjusted by regulating a voltage and a distance between electrodes during the electrospinning. Thus, the process has easily adjustable parameters and high operability, and a light extraction efficiency of the organic electroluminescent device can be effectively improved. In the organic electroluminescent device, a scattering layer is arranged between an anode and a substrate, and the scattering layer is a titanium dioxide film formed by an electrospinning process, wherein compactness and a thickness of the film are adjustable. Since the scattering layer is added on the substrate, light can be strongly scattered by the scattering layer when the light emerges from the anode to the substrate in the device. The scattering layer changes a light path within a range of a critical angle for total internal reflection, and reduces an angle of incidence, so that light originally undergoing total internal reflection is refracted, thereby improving a light extraction efficiency of the organic electroluminescent device.
