The invention relates to a pessary (100) that can be inserted into the vagina for women with uterine prolapse for improving the symptoms. During wearing, the pessary (100) should hold the uterus in the anatomically correct position, as well as being easy to insert and remove. This is guaranteed by means of both an elastic funnel-shaped cup (110, 120), and a stem (130) which sits on the cup (110, 120), extends downwards and is hollow inside. Optionally, a disc-shaped foot (flange) (132) can also be formed at the lower end of the stem (130), for improved standing and removal. |
