The present specification relates to a method by which an access point (AP) transmits a signal in a wireless LAN (WLAN) system, and a device therefor. To this end, the access point (AP) allocates M number of channels to a first station (STA) and N number of channels to a second STA so as to transmit a signal, wherein, when two or more channels are allocated to the first STA and/or the second STA, the AP transmits the signal to the first STA and/or the second STA through channel bonding or channel aggregation, and when there is an overlapped first channel among the M number of channels and the N number of channels, a signal transmitted to the first STA from the first channel and a signal transmitted to the second STA from the first channel can be distinguished from each other through precoding applied to the respective signals.
