A composite resin material that has a fluororesin content of 70 mass% or higher and contains fibrous carbon nanostructures, the content of which is 0.01-0.5 mass% with respect to the amount of the fluororesin. When a molded object having a thickness of 50 µm obtained by molding the composite resin material is examined with an optical microscope, then the number of aggregates comprising the fibrous carbon nanostructures as the main component and having a diameter of 300 µm or larger is 3 or less in a 30 mm × 30 mm field of view.
