A fastening connector structure comprising a fastening connector component. The fastening connector component comprises a threaded rod (5), a fastening nut (6), and a rotation-stopping sleeve (7). A threaded through hole (9) and a first rotation-stopping hole (10) are provided within the fastening nut. The smallest diameter of the first rotation-stopping hole is greater than the diameter of the threaded through hole. A first rotation-stopping part (11) is provided on the first rotation-stopping hole. The rotation-stopping sleeve is provided with a rotation-stopping through hole (12). A second rotation-stopping part (13) is provided at the periphery of the rotation-stopping sleeve. A third rotation-stopping part (14) is provided on the wall of the rotation-stopping through hole. The threaded rod is provided with a first outer threaded part (16) and a fourth rotation-stopping part (17). The thread of the fastening nut is threadedly connected with the first outer threaded part of the threaded rod. The rotation-stopping sleeve is mounted on the exterior of the threaded rod and within the first rotation-stopping hole. The fourth rotation-stopping part of the threaded rod is arranged within the rotation-stopping through hole of the rotation-stopping sleeve. The first and second rotation-stopping parts fit to restrain rotation of the fastening nut relative to the rotation-stopping sleeve. The third and fourth rotation-stopping part fit to restrain rotation of the rotation-stopping sleeve relative to the threaded rod. Thus, the threaded rod and the threaded nut are non-rotatably mounted together and neither rotate in reverse nor come loose due to rotating relatively, and the threaded rod and the threaded nut are kept at fastened positions initially required.
