A video interaction method and apparatus, and a video source device relate to the technical field of applications of internet of things. The method is applied to a video source device comprising a camera, and comprises: receiving an instruction of performing video interaction with at least one terminal; establishing a video interaction channel to each of the at least one terminal; acquiring a video image on the side of the video source device by using the camera; and sending the video image on the side of the video source device to the at least one terminal by using the video interaction channel to each of the at least one terminal. According to the present invention, a video interaction channel is established between a video source device provided with a camera and each of at least one terminal, and a video image on the side of the video source device is sent to the at least one terminal, for example, video interaction with a smart phone can be performed by means of a combination of a TV set top box and a TV, such that a use scene of the video interaction is expanded, and user experience is improved. |
