METHOD OF SCREEN PRINTING

A screen printing apparatus includes a mask and a printing head. The mask has a first opening provided in a first region, and a second opening provided in a second region which is thicker than the first region. The printing head fills the first opening with a paste in a state where a substrate is in contact with the first region, and fills the second opening with the paste in a state where the substrate is in contact with the second region.

1. A method of screen printing comprising:
preparing a mask which has a first opening provided in a first region, and a second opening provided in a second region which is thicker than the first region; starting slidably moving a printing head from an intermediate region provided between the first region and the second region on the mask with the first opening filled with a paste in a state where a substrate is in contact with the first region; stopping moving the printing head at the intermediate region after the starting; restarting slidably moving the printing head from the intermediate region with the second opening filled with the paste in a state where the substrate is in contact with the second region after the stopping; and finishing (0029) moving the printing head at after the restarting, wherein the paste is deposited on the mask of the intermediate region during after the stopping to before the restarting.
