The purpose of the present invention is to provide a power module which has excellent heat dissipation properties, while having satisfactorily high insulating properties. A power module according to the present invention is provided with: a conductor plate (320) to which a switching element is connected; a heat dissipation plate (307) which is arranged so as to face the conductor plate (320); an insulating member (900) which is arranged between the conductor plate (320) and the heat dissipation plate (307); and a conductive intermediate conductor (910) which is arranged within the insulating member (900), while being electrically insulated from the conductor plate (320) and the heat dissipation plate (307). The intermediate conductor (910) has a communicating region (1101) by which a part of the insulating member (900), said part being positioned on the conductor plate (320) side with respect to the intermediate conductor (910), and another part of the insulating member (900), said part being positioned on the heat dissipation plate (307) side with respect to the intermediate conductor (910), are in communication with each other. |
