[Problem] To transmit link information pertaining to content that corresponds to the current time of day to a terminal device of a user in which information for identifying a prescribed event is registered in advance. [Solution] An information processing device provided with: an extraction unit for extracting link information pertaining to content that corresponds to the current time of day from a link schedule table in which link information pertaining to a plurality of contents are associated, along with a time base, with individual identification information for identifying a prescribed event; and a transmission control unit for transmitting the extracted link information pertaining to the content to a terminal device in which the individual identification information is registered.
