The present invention prevents occurrence of a crack in a glass plate of a window part provided to a housing member. In this optical device (1), a window-part glass plate (15) is fixed to a lid member (16) by a solder layer (17) disposed between a metallization film (15d) and the lid member (16). The end edge on a window part (16a) side of the lid member 16 has an overhang section (16c2) which protrudes more in the center direction of the window part (16a) than the end edge at the inner peripheral side of the metallization film (15d). |
