Systems, methods, and apparatuses for controlling fluid temperature. A beverage brewer in accordance with an aspect of the present disclosure comprises a sensor.a pump, a heating tank, and a controller. The controller is coupled to the sensor, the heating tank, and the pump. The controller selectively activates the pump to deliver a fluid to the heating tank based at least in part on an output of the sensor. A temperature of the fluid is maintained at a desired temperature by the controller. |
