Provided is a high value-added functional health food acting on hangover relief, containing, as an active ingredient, an extract of a Stauntonia hexaphylla fruit, which is a Korean natural resource. The composition for relieving hangovers, of the present invention, has an excellent effect of relieving hangovers while not having side effects on the human body, and thus a beverage for preventing and relieving hangovers, containing the same as an active ingredient, is easy to take, and can be stored for a long time, thereby being usable for relieving hangovers before and after drinking.
