An operation input device (11) is provided with a housing (11k), an operation piece (11a), a signal transfer unit (camera cable) (CB1), an electrical connection part (11b), and a pair of engagement pieces (11f). The operation piece (11a) is provided to a first surface (11k2) of the housing (11k), and is operated when an imaging device (71) is being remotely operated. The signal transfer unit (CB1) is provided to a second surface (11k1) connecting to the first surface (11k2), and transfers signals to/from the imaging device (71). The electrical connection part (11b) is installed onto the first surface (11k2) or onto a surface facing the same direction as the first surface (11k2), and outputs, to the exterior, a signal received from the imaging device (71) via the signal transfer unit (CB1). The engagement pieces (11f) are disposed so as to freely appear and disappear at locations facing each other across the operation piece (11a) on a third surface (11k3) and fourth surface (11k4) connecting to both the first surface (11k2) and the second surface (11k1). |
