The invention controls the discharge of fluid stored under pressure in cylinders (4) and comprises a body (2) with a fluid inlet (3) and a fluid outlet (5), as well as a closing shaft (6), the movement of which, determined by release means (7), opens or closes the passage of the fluid, characterised in that the release means (7) are pneumatic, comprising at least one pneumatic actuation opening (11) with a non-return valve (12) and a tight chamber (10) which are associated with said closing shaft (6), thereby determining the adjustment of the pressure of the fluid in the outlet (5) and in such a way that the outflow pressure is determined by the pneumatic actuating pressure, independently from the pressure of the fluid inflow from the cylinder (4). The release means (7) comprise a pressurised cartridge (8) of compressed gas associated with a manual and electric actuator (9) outside the body (2) and the tight chamber (10), which is associated with the closing shaft (6) via a piston (14) which slides according to the pressure exerted in said tight chamber (10), which, in turn, transmits the movement to a rod (15) connected to said closing shaft (6). It comprises a spring (16) that holds the closing shaft (6) closed when the pressure in the opening (11) and in the tight chamber (10) is zero, or when the cylinder (4) is empty. |
