Disclosed is an LED illuminating lamp for illuminating a specific area on a plane or a desktop. The LED illuminating lamp comprises a support body (10) and an LED light source (20). The bottom of the support body (10) is fixed relative to the plane or the desktop to be illuminated. The LED light source (20) is arranged on a side (11) of the support body (10). The LED light source (20) is arranged toward the specific area on the plane or the desktop. The lamp further comprises a light shield (30). The light shield (30) is fixed relative to the support body (10). The light shield (30) is located above the LED light source (20). One end of the light shield (30) is connected to the side (11), and the other end of the light shield (30) is arranged apart from the side (11). The light shield (30) is used for blocking the light which is emitted from the LED light source (20) and deviates from the specific area. The LED illuminating lamp has the advantage of preventing dazzle.
