SELF LUBRICATING FABRIC, METHOD FOR PRODUCTION AND USE THEREOF

A self lubricating fabric, a method for production and a use thereof. The warps or wefts forming the fabric are composite yarns formed by a fluorine resin yarn and the other yarn. The surface area of the other yarns of one side of the fabric accounts for 0-30% of the total surface area of the composite yarns. The section diameter ratio of the other yarn to the fluorine resin yarn in the composite yarn is 0.12 to 0.80. The self lubricating fabric has the advantages of low friction coefficient, excellent wear resistance, high bonding strength, simple production process, low cost and no pollution to the environment. The fabric is applied to mechanical moving parts, in particular in low speed, high load and high temperature or low temperature environment.
