An IPS type In Cell touch display panel comprises an array substrate, a CF substrate, and a liquid crystal layer disposed between the array substrate and the CF substrate. The array substrate internally comprises multiple gate scanning lines (21) that are disposed in the horizontal direction at intervals, and touch scanning electrodes and the gate scanning lines (21) are commonly used. The inner side of the CF substrate close to the liquid crystal layer is provided with multiple touch reception electrodes (40) perpendicularly crossing with the gate scanning lines (21) in the space.
