SOLUTION FOR CREATING A DIFFUSED CERMET LAYER

A solution for creating a diffused cermet layer contains the following ingredients: active mineral substances, solvents, fillers and dyes, and distilled water. Said ingredients are present in the solution in the following proportions: 1 part solvents; 0.05-0.5 part active substances; 0.5-3 parts fillers and dyes; 0.1-1 part distilled water. The following minerals with fractions of from 0.5 μm to 50 μm are used as active substances (in wt%): 10-80% natural silicates; 1-40% borates; 1-10% chlorites; 1-25% carbon-containing minerals; 5-30% residual minerals. The solution for creating a diffused cermet layer is easy to use and can be used in various fields of industry in which there is a need to produce articles with high resistance to wear and corrosion.
