An electronic resource processing method and apparatus. The method comprises: a first terminal transmits an electronic resource transfer attribute to a second terminal (S101); the second terminal generates an electronic resource transfer request according to the electronic resource transfer attribute and an encryption identifier for an electronic resource transfer process (S102); the second terminal transmits the electronic resource transfer request to the server (S103); the server queries an account associated with the second terminal according to the encryption identifier (S104), and performs the electronic resource transfer process to the account associated with the second terminal according to the electronic resource transfer attribute (S105); and the server notifies the first terminal and the second terminal of the result of the transfer process (S106). The present invention realizes the electronic resource transfer process through an interaction between the terminals and the server, thereby improving the convenience and security of the electronic resource transfer process. |
