The purpose of the present invention is to respond to a situation in which a user places an order for a meal with a storefront at a starting point for travel, collects the meal at the storefront, and consumes the meal at a meal consumption site as the destination of the travel, by having appropriate time information be presented to the user as a possible meal consumption start time which is the time until the user can begin eating. In the present invention: a user meal consumption site is set; the present location of the user and the locations of one or a plurality of subject storefronts are acquired, the travel times from the acquired present location to the subject storefronts are acquired as first travel times, and the travel times from the subject storefronts to the set meal consumption site are acquired as second travel times; food preparation wait times at the subject storefronts is acquired; total times of the greater of the first travel times and the food preparation wait times, plus the second travel times, are calculated for the subject storefronts as possible meal consumption start times which is the time until the user reaches the meal consumption site and can begin eating; and a control is carried out which presents same to the user.
